Sir,
The Gas dealer at Phulbani named as "Asian Gas,Phulbani" is supplying gas to the consumers in a willful manner.He is misbehaving the consumers.Telephone booking and Godown delivery is totally stopped.One can book for a cylinder after 20 days of delivery of cylinder, but there is no time limit for delivery. He is collecting more money in the name of vehicle charge from the consumers when making door delivery. I have booked for a cylinder on 1.3.2011. My consumer No.is 606846.Already one month have been passed away tilltoday I have not supplied with a single cylinder. I am a Govt.servant. Due to non available of gas in our house not only I myself but also my school going children are facing much dufficulties. Hope your enquiry will escape me from the cheating of the dealer of the gas at Phulbani.

HP Gas — cheating and non delivery

i got shifted from mumbai consumer code: 633557 and distributor code: 966170 to a city called kottayam in kerala. here i showed my transfer voucher to the distributor : tripthy flames 512490. they took the voucher and rupees 2604 and assured that i will get the connection activated within a week. i had applied on 01/09/08 and after that they have been giving me excuses. the incharge is absconding always. its been almost three months now and i can see more people being duped everyday. they take the money and then there is no gas being delivered. phones are not being answered. whenever you go personally they assure that you come tomorrow. tomorrow never comes. its been a harassment and real shame as i am new to the place and also do not understand the language. hope there will be some help...

hi this is sunil kumar john of ghaziabad, i have my gas connection from "SEN GAS AGENCY" which is in nehru nagar.
the dealer of this agency never deliver the gas cylinder on time and when we asked him to book for refill then he said that u can book for refill only when you get the delivery of pevious booked cylinder which deliver in 20 to 25 daysand if we call them the phones are not being answered. whenever you go personally they assure that you come tomorrow. tomorrow never comes.
So plz take some action against him.
