DEAR SIR, I AM A CONSUMER OF HP GAS SERVICE ,SIR WHEN I AM BOOKING FOR A NEW CYLINDER IT'S ALWAYS SAYS THAT YOUR CONSUMER NO IS NOT ACTIVE,WHILE I AM VISITING TO MY DEALER THEY NOT GIVES ANY RESPONSE PROPER AND SAYS SAME THING,SIR AS I AM SUFFERING FROM THIS PROBLEM LAST 4 DAYS AND I AM NOT GETTING THE NEW REFILED GAS CYLINDER. MY CONSUMER NO : 616512 AGENCY : ABM HP GAS SERVICE 100/1 T.N MUKHARGEE ROAD, MAKHLA, HOOGHLY-712245 WEST BENGAL INDIA. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL. Dear Sir,
I have booked my cylinder on 22 Sep 2010 booking number is 1017 but till now they don’t deliver the cylinder. They told that your booking slip has lost then they have booked another cylinder on 19 Oct 2010 and they have not delivered the cylinder till now. Further I have contacted agency about 30 times regarding this but they are not delivering the cylinder. I am staying at D-326 Dabuwa Colony Faridabad. Please look into this matter.
