[Resolved]  HP Gas / Reva Gas Agency Ambernath (E) Maharashtra — Issuing of gas cylinders for extra profit to non eligible customers

I Mr Bhaskar K Malshe a regular customer of hp gas services since last 30 years Now I am residing in Ambarnath E Maharashtra. From last six months I have been noticing that your respective gas agency is not doing its duty accordingly on first come first serve principle. In the meanwhile I also found that your respective gas agency M/s REVA GAS SERVICES is providing gas cylinders to non eligible (ie not having proper legal gas connection with HP GAS) customers for extra profit and due to this reason we the the regular customers are not getting gas cylinders on time ie 12 to 15 days from date of booking . This is a ledgimate crime and should be stopped . Therefore I personally request the HP GAS COMPANY to look in the matter and do the needful

AS SMS ON PHONE CASH MEMO NO 152105 HP GAS REFILL DELIVERED ON 10 MAY 2012 FROM REVA GAS, BUT IT IS SUPRISING THE

SAME WAS NOT DELIVERED WITH OUT ANY RESPONSE FROM AGENCY.

Reva Gas Service, Waiting for more than two weeks after the booking has been made, We received the SMS that your cylinder will be delivered shortly, but after that no body turns up to deliver the cylinder, when enquiry is made the delivery man tells that the house was locked, however at no time our flat was locked as we were expecting the gas cylinder, also the behaviour of the delivery man is not decent, they always demand extra money as delivery charges.

It's very bad services which provide by Reva gas. Every time need to call the respective person twice and thrice then only you get your delivery. More time i personally go to the office and my delivery. Previously I was use Bharat gas services but it was too much better than this Hp Gas services. Hp gas service need to take some solution about reva gas agency.
