To The Manager(Customer Services) HP Gas Service, HP Gas Ltd. Sir, I, Ramesh Shaw S/O Kailash Shaw of 3 Sukanta Place, Baksara, Howrah-711110, am a consumer (C.No.-608744) under Dealer Deepshikha Enterprise (Code-394910) of Andul Road, Howrah for the last approx. five years. Till date I have not got double connection whenever I went to dealer they refused me several times and said company is not supply as per demand. Re-fill will take 15-20 days I have to face lot of problems due to single cylinder. In Howrah other companies like Indane, Bharat provided smoothly services to their customers. I hope steps must be taken on the above complaint for keeping Company's Goodwill in the competitive market and better relationship in customers.
