I have a very bad experience with SUGAM ENTERPRISES, Off Kanakapura Road Branch.
If I try to contact them, the phone is always busy. Recently, they asked me to submit documents at the Tahsildar Office, which I did, and after getting my RR Number via SMS, I could book my gas on 13th January 2012. Even after more than one week they are yet to deliver the cylinder.
On Thursday 19th January 2012, I went with an empty cylinder myself to get the new one but they said the godown was closed and will deliver without fail the next day. The same is yet to be delivered.
Also each time the cylinder is delivered I am charged Rs.430 instead of the Rs.415 which is the bill amount.
Kindly help me to sort these issues and let me know how and when this CORRUPTION and NON-SENSE will come to an end. Was this information helpful? |
To my surprise my cylinder booked on[protected] was not still not dispatched as told to me earlier and asked to contact the delivery man on mobile: [protected] for the same!!
Finally after a lot of insisting and heated arguments, I was given the DISPATCH BILL myself and the lady at the counter called the delivery man to deliver the same to me today!!
My CYLINDER was delivered at 12:45PM on[protected] after all!! I still have a query to the CONSUMER COMPLAINTS SOCIETY, what is the future solution for this? Should it be complained to the nearest police station and the matter reported to the press?
