[Resolved] Hp Gas — reconnection of Hp gas

Respected sir, As we recently shifted from nunna to vijayawada before 1month but not yet we are having the gas connection.. we addressed a gas company name Ahemad gas agency near gunadala in vijayawada. he sent his fellows for conformation and said everything is alwright but we will not going to provide gas connection for u until you buy something from my company like cooker or something like that. now tell me sir what to do now.? Dnt we hav any other way for getting the gas connection rather than buying his products as we are the citizens of vijayawada since from the last 25 years. thanking u sir kindly jst go through my problem.

Dear Sir, I am a customer of HP Gas at Gunadala - Vijayawada bearing consumer No. 609338 of AHMAD Gas near ESI Hospital Gunadala. Off late after your change from Madhav gas I am finding it difficult to get my refills. On approaching them I was told that on extra payment of Rs. 50/- extra I was assured of Delivery and the same was registered as day delivery Monday after booking my refill between 8.00 AM to 9.00 AM. THe committment was never honoured. This is most expected from an an organisation of such high repute. Further your dealer should bear in mind that he is only a distributor functioning under your guidelines and that he has no authority to act as per his/her whims and fancies.

We are both employees and will not be available after 9.15 AM. This delayed supply is hindering our planning and causing untold agony. The last time I even had to give them atelegramme and reminded them of their resposibility and committment.Now that I have booked again on Wednesday i.e 25th Jan 2012 and I was assured of delivery today i.e 30th Jan 2012 and it has not materialised.
Trust you will look into the said matter and do the needful.
