[Resolved] HP Gas, Vinayak Gas King — no delivery of booked cylinder

respected sir,
I am consumer of hp gas in bhopal, dealer is Vinayaka gas agency,bhopal.
My consumer no. 605727.
I booked cylinder on date 24/12/2011..
Booking clerk said that cylinder Delivery within 7 days.

But on date 31/12/2011 ,the cylinder is not delivered...
They not give any cause for this delay.

I booked a cylinder and made payment through paytm on 28/10/2019.But the cylinder has not been delivered yet.
I now a want a full refund of my money.

Sir I didn't get my cylinder.. It was booked by phone pay... We have already paid the amount still not delivered. Confirmation we got from SMS .below was the msg confirmation ...We confirm receipt of the on-line payment made via BBPAY for Rs 650.0 against Refill Booking No: [protected] for LPG Refill. You will get your LPG Refill shortly.
