[Resolved]  HP / HP Mini Leptop — Delay in the GIFT OF KODAC 9.2 MEGA PIXCEL &DELAY IN RECEIPT of 592207/CNU84450CK

I purchased a HP MINI NOTEBOOK on the date of 13/02/2009. At that time company promised to consumers that they will give a KODAK 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA (with handling charges Rs. 1299 applicable)with every purchase Notebook. They charge extra 1299/ amount for gift handling charge and processing charges .I made a payment in favour of "Solution Integrated Marketing".I submitt my cheque to HP on date 24/02/2009.My cheque is also cleared.At the time of purchase of Notebook HP assured us that please allow 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP redemption process and send your gift.But this is unfortunate for us that we trust on this brand, because till date i did'n receive my gift KODAC 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA .I already paid the amount of handling charge for my gift.Every time on the query regarding gift, company always making a request for give some more time, They are not give us a proper reasson for delaying of my gift.So i am requesting u to please help me on this metter
