[Resolved] HP India Product Printer 1005 Laser — Not supporting warranty | |||
Dear sir I have bought Hp printer 1005 Laser in Feb 2011. The company has given the warranty of One year. According to the company the power supply of the printer has been replace by the company three times, i have been asked the voltage rating second time and considered ok the given voltage rating. Now again according to the company the power supply of the printer is damaged and HP company india is not refused to change the power supply under warrenty. Sir, my point is that the HP company has given me the defected printer, as the voltage rating of my premises is correct then the fault would be of the company and the company should repair my printer under warranty as the warranty period is going on. I had bought Hp printer 1005 Laser (CNG8D6BOKR) in 31 august 2012 from C World G-45, Jaina tower-11, dist. centre, new delhi . but now cartaige is not working properly... only eight days before i bought it... i talked to dealer but they are not responding me... The company has given the warranty of One year as they told me before buying... bt nw they are not going to agree this.. so plz help me out... whatever the possibilities willl be in case plz solve me...
