[Resolved] Hp Laptop — Laptop model no. KS365PA and Product No. dv3005Tx | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased HP Laptop on date of 19 may 2009, model no. is KS365PA and Product No. dv3005Tx. The Laptop cracks are developing continues front side of LCD bottom and laptop LCD color are fading. I have attached the file photos as proof. This problem is not technical software, hardware problem but Laptop LCD part is very poor quality and it is cracking automatically. No body harms it. The Body part plastic is very poor quality. I was facing this problem longtime but I couldn’t contact due to I was out of India. I am owner of company so I was no time from longtime. Some days ago I complained but I didn’t get good response and services center caller are using abuse words in language, they told that they are not responsible for this problem. I am disappointed because your Laptop has not performed as it should be because the Laptop body part is low quality material used and I want to change or repair but your authorized center member are not taking responsible of HP Products. Therefore I am not satisfied with your hp product quality. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I am waiting your response.
