Hp Laptop — service complane

i have compaq presario 6212 AU notbook. previous one month this laptop had created some problem ,,,,when start my pc it screen is not coming ;then i called t hp customer care ,i asked about where is hp laptop servise center in delhi ,,they have given '''ORBIT PHERIPHERALS PVT LTD, 1412 NEHAREU PLACE NEW DELHI--19 I WENT There and they told that ok i will make it and then after two dayes they given laptop and told that charge is 3700 rs ,,,,then after its after 7 dayes creating same problem then i call to hp CUSTOMER CARE they told that ORBIT PHERIPHERALS PVT LTD, 1412 NEHAREU PLACE NEW DELHI--19 IS NOT MY SERVICE CENTER ,,,,Agin i went there told that i have no warranty after 7 dayes
so sir tell me what can i do
