I'm one o[censored]r frustrated customer from product & ur after sale services.
I bought a laptop Model V6608AU, Serial no. CNF7386CYX &
Product (1P) GX867PA.
From day I purchased it, I'm facing a lots of problem it.
like:-
1.Hang, some application not working properly & Slow Processing.
2.Battery Backup & Battery discharge it switch off condition.
3.Bluetooth not working.
4.Hinge making scratch on lower panel of screen.
I have submitted my notebook to your service center at
A-200, Okhla -1.New Delhi.Against call reference no. [protected]. for above mentioned problem on26/06/08.
At the time of submit one o[censored]r executive suggested me go for Hard drive segmentation to avoid data loss in future.
I asked to do the same.because if it need to submit again my data will safe & there will no need to take backup.
Received same after repaired after 3days.
Again I installed MS office & Antivirus(Purchased).
I found that my MMC reader is not working, after some time bluetooth start malfunctioning.
Again facing the same problem of hang, Slow processing, speaker sound cracking, in end its stop working, battery discharge
in switch off condition.
Again I have submitted on 16th Oct'08, again call refernce [protected] at A-200, Okhla -1.New Delhi. with following problem.
1.Hang, some application not working properly & Slow Processing.

3.Bluetooth not working.
4.MMC card reader not working.
5.Speaker not working.
6.Hinge making scratch on lower panel of screen.
On18th Oct'08. i have received a call from service center it need to format ur notebook & ur data may lost it.
I told him plz format only C drive only which need to format.
Technician working are not competent do this.
But again I listen same reply plz take backup of laptop. after that we can proceed.
I'm giving u surety that I'll not buy any HP product in future.
Please don't give more punishment to being HP customer.
Please for this time only fix my laptop problem,
I'll porches a hard drive & always save my data in that only, other wise in my next visit my data will be lost.
Its four days I'm working without my notebook.
You have given me a faulty product, which given me problem again & again.
Ur product & services are pathetic.
Please try fix my notebook with loosing of my data.
Not ells I want from ur side.
