[Resolved]  HP - Laptop Model 520 — charger problem

i am praveen kumar verma ..from globsyn business school..kolKATA..SALT LAKE CITY SECTOR 5..
WE..have given...laptops from institute itself...and right now..i have been using this laptop...for more than a year...institute administration ..provides ...on site...solutions ..regarding..laptops..
now there is a problem with charger..which ..i have given to institute..more than one month ago...and continiously...they are saying ..that..till now..they haven't received any spare parts...
i am extremely disssatisfied...with ..the technical support..from hp ...please...as soon as possible..solve...this problem...

I HAD GOT THE LAPTOP
BUT I CANT CHARGE MY LAPTOP I HAD TAKEN A NEW ADAPTER BUT IT IS NOT CHARGING THE LED IS NOT BLINKING
I HAD CHANGED THE BATTERY ALSO BUT THE SAME PROBLEM
