HP — Non receiving of laptop offer
This is K.E.N.Prasad,I took HP laptop in Visakhapatnam at Kolla Innovatives ltd.And its price 37000/-They told about offer components of 3500/-i.e 4gb flash driver,head phones and others.At the time i was sent all the documents to HP company though mail.And i got confirmation from HP team that you will get soon your offer accordingly,But as of now i didnot get my offer.I called so many times to Kolla Innovatiives at visakhapatnam they did not give any reply So kindly help me and give me right suggestion and to whom can i approch.Please do the needfull.Regards
