Sir,
I, Sourabh Verma have given my laptop for a hardware issue to
your service center RT/QF/HPSC/03 on 2nd Feb'09. First of all there
was a delay in shipment of the part required, and when it reached here
finally... it was found to have a fault. Is this how HP works? It
has been a lot of mental agony, harassment and a loss of personal time
and money to me. HP has already taken a month working on my laptop,
and this is not the first time I am facing problem with HP's customer
care services. I haven't purchased the laptop to keep it rolling in
the service centers.
Please look into the case and try your best to resolve this
complaint amicably at the earliest. As this is not the first time I am
facing such problem with HP... I have already lodged a complaint
against HP in consumer forum ( Complaint ID : 14483(S4) ). I would not
wait to proceed with this complaint if you do not take any action to
help me further. I would appreciate your reply, for the action taken
by you, on this complaint. Thanking you for all your help and
co-operation.
