[Resolved]  HP Laser Jet P1008 Printer — Print not working in HP Laser Jet P1008

Dear Sir,



We have purchased more than 10 Nos. HP Laser Jet P1008 Printers from M/S Websity, Jaipur, Rajasthan for our organisation. Since last several months we are facing issues with these HP LJ p1008 printers as the print job gets stucked in the print queue or the print spooler needs to be refreshed several times to clear the stucked print queue in the print spooler. Even these printers do not work in network environment also. As discussed with HP technical team they tell us that the issue is with the driver and recommend us to install the latest drivers from the website. But till date we have not found any exact solution.

As a consequence we have wasted a lot of time in installing the printer driver several times. Even the users of these printers have become irritated with this problem.

i have purchased 1 hp laserjet P1008 printer and after a month it is giving a thick line on the left side of every print.

plz let me know what to do.
As a consequence we have wasted a lot of time in installing the printer driver several times. Even the users of these printers have become irritated with this problem.

HP Laser Network Printer — Installation problem

We bought HP Laser network Printer from

We paid 100% money & got the printer, before buying they explained us so many good features of network printer.
but after supplying, they never installed it properly, so that we can use network features.

We contacted HP support centre also, but no use
We contacted Me Rajat ( Sr Manager, HP - [protected]), but no use.
Please help us in getting support or arrange to return the product.
