HP Laserjet P1008 — Non receipt of free toner

I got my product registered on[protected]. My redemption code is BVP101E2DS. I don't have an internet connection that was the reason I get myself registered late by almost 10 hours. If I knew the procedure before I had not purchased this printer. I will never recommend to anybody. I have alrady registered my complaint(No. CCHSAP174410 & CCHSAP175072) but got no reply. I feel the company is not serious in solving this issue.

I have bought a HP LaserJet P1008 a few months back from a genuine HP dealer. May be two or three months back. I have an extended warranty over it too. I am completely dissatisfied with your product. I used to be a die hard Hp fan. I have been using various laptops and desktops at my office too. I am currently using 735, 1210 and 3400 etc printers at my office too. I have no complaints regarding any of these products. But this P1008 model has reduced the value of HP in my eyes. I had already complaint previously but in vain. I loved the most was the 1010 printer. But due to some unavoidable circumstances it can not be repaired. Thinking about a big brand name like HP I bought the latest printer available at the showroom which has ruined my work and all my money has got wasted after it. I wonder why a reputed company like HP would pull back a successful product like LaserJet 1010 from the market and not help me with my dumb printer P1008. I really don't understand this attitude of such a reputed company. PLease help me to get my LaserJet 1010 okay or please take back your worst product you would have ever produced, i.e. LaserJet P1008. I want the company to either repair it or else take your product back.
