[Resolved] HP LPG Gas — Delay in supply of gas

Presently the booking for refilling of a domestic gas cylinder is being done after 21 days of supply and I have booked for it on 22nd December 2007. Today is 17th January '08, 26 more days have passed, but still the supply has not yet been made to me. Usually a cylinder lasts about a month for me and I have only two cylinders, which is permissible limit for domestic supply. I have no gas for last ten days and one can guess with kind of trouble I am going through now. I have request several times the local agent, Laxmi gas, and the the sales engineer of HP at Jamshedpur, Mr.Jha, but all have gone in vain. I do not know what shall I do now? I am desparately looking for some help and suggestion. My consumer No. is 1346, and the local agent of HP is "Laxmi Gas", at New Baradwari, Jamshedpur. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

HP LPG Gas — No New Connection after 2 months

I've applied for New Gas Connection & its been now more than 2 months but still there is no confirmation about that. I applied from "GAURAV ENTERPRISES", G - 6 & 7, BLOCK - G, SECTOR - 20, NOIDA.

I booked gas 10 days before still not suplayed, after 10 days i called gas agency for what about my gas, they given me the AUTO PERSON NUMBER, BUT he is not lifting the phone, iam not understood what is the meaning of booking.in shadnagar evey consumer they spend 1/2 day onece went there and they are reminder the booking, address detail after 10 days of booking, evey consumer facing this problem so please rectify.

hello,
this is madhavi chandra my customer no. is 611865 and I had booked for refilling the gas cylinder on 6/9/2010 but still no one is listening,
I had personally gone to there and talked to them but they are doing nothing, I am facing a lots of problem as I didn't get from past 29 days. They are selling the cylinder outside and not giving to the concern person.
I am doing complaint second time on the site but no one had entertained it.kindly try to understand my problem and do needful.

This is Kishan lal Runwal From Jodhpur Rajasthan last 25 days ago I have book a new gas book for refill the home gas cyliender but now we have not get a new refill cylinder and our local branch office at paota i.e. Paota Marwar Gas they have not pick up any call and they ask to me that if you have give another amount then we will be refill the cylinder other wise we can't sir, we are in big trouble our gas cylinder is completely finished. my Gas Connection No. is 701694 for the name of Kishan Lal Runwal...

Please help to us on this matter

hp cooking gas domestic — gas quantity less in cylinder

for the last 2-3 months it is observed that the filled cylinder is being finished within a very short period of 40 days in comparison to the previous average of 70 days for the last 5 yeras.this is the case for the 2 cylinders used consecutively supplied by sarathi gas agency,biju patnaik chowk cuttack.
please provide compensation, inquire about the raquet involved and punish the guilty

Difficult to get refill cylenders
I am a consumer of HP Gas through SREE NITHI iAGENCY, Chennai (phone 28544856, 2851461, [protected]). My consumer no is 612322. I booked for refill of gas on 19/04/2011 and till today30/04/2011 I have not received it.. Most of the times their phone would be either busy or nobody would receive the call. Their attitude towards the customers is also not up to mark. It is nearing almost more than ten days from the date of my booking.
