I would like to draw your kind attention towards the negligence and unfair dealing of the gas agent for delivery of the filled gas cylinder,
1. After booking for delivery of refilled gas cylinder, the agent takes at least 15-18 days for delivery. this is his regular practice.
2. On phone, asking regarding delivery of the gas, the agent office replies, " if you have an urgent need, take the gas cylinder from godown". It is very painful while staf[censored]tter crisis of gas due to supply in picnic.
3. At the time of delivery the agent delivery man takes Rs. 290 per refilled cylinder.
4. Generally there is a communication problem on the phone due to switch off.
5. Previously i received the filled gas cylinder on 02/12/09 and booking on 05/01/10, but received the same on 23rd Jan 2010.
6. While complaint regarding the monopoly of supply of gas to the concerning higher official, the proprietor threatens me for harassment.
This for your information and necessary action and oblige the consumer.

Respectfully I have to inform you that steel city gas agency of Mango area Jamshedpur has very negative and unfair approach towards the consumer bearing No. 400608 and 401445 Name: Abdul Majid for home delivery of field gas cylinder. As per 21 days from the date of delivery booking system and In addition to this 20 more days agent takes to deliver the gas cylinder to the consumer is very pain full.
But those who pay more or getting delivery from the godawn are not having problem of gas. This is very normal practice of the dealer, and I have already complained previously but so far nothing happened, still we are suffering. Please do the need full and stop the dealer harassment.

This is for your information and necessary action that my gas dealer is not giving proper service in every month. I am having home delivery system. In booking he receives the phone and booked my order and then he will not pickup phone afterwards they will not delivering the cylinder even after 10 to 15 days of booking that too after repeated reminders. This time also i had booked my cylinder on 20th of february but it has not been delivered till date even after repeated reminders. I am facing this problem every month. I am 65 year old. One of his staff gave me a no. of Delhi[protected] and tell me go and complaint any where you want. Please do the needful.

Dear sir,
Kindly help me hetting gas cylinder with out harassment, moments & with out extra expenses. Permanently M/s. Joyoti Jawala prop. Mr. Arvind singh last 6 months harass me for delivery persons. I have complain sereral time before but result nil. Kindly seriaul look in to the matter. And take strong action for save the good name of govt.
