Hp Model No. Dv5 - 11040Tu — Cant connect to web site for claiming gift

I had purchased the HP Laptop details below on 31.01.2009 from Jumbo Electronics(Delhi - India)
Model No. dv5-11040TU
On my purchase, I was being told that HP has a scheme of a home theatre-OR- an 8mega pixel digital camera if the purchase is made on or before 31.01.09 subject to my registering the product on HP’s official website and claiming my gift through the HP redemption/ Promotion web pages(within 15 days of my purchase). But when i tried to access the promotions page a message is being displayed that the site is under maintenance. I have been trying to do so since past three days, but in vain. I want to claim my free/ assured gift. This is cheating if HP is throwing open an offer and then before the customer can claim benefit the website goes under maintenance. Kindly anyone help/ guide me!!
