Dear Sir/Ma'am, With reference to the invoice No. G&G/12-13/03159 Dated:10 August 2012 ,i have purchased a HP Pavallion Laptop[NB PC PAVALLION DV6-7039 Tx] .Particulars/Details are as following: Batch: 2CE22109DF BAT-6CLNHC4RY2E9PZ AD-WBXYE0AAR2J55K There is some issue with the windows because windows is not booting and recovery partition has been deleted unknowingly as we were not informed by you for making a recovery CD and you haven't provided any CD too for recovery purpose. We have informed you before about the same approx 14 days ago,but the guy from you side said that only HP Customer care can assist us. After that we called HP Customer care several times but there was no assistance from them,even they are saying that the laptop is not of India so we should bear the charges for Recovery CD,otherwise if this model is of India,they can provide the Recovery CD free of cost. The person from HP Customer care we have talked was Santosh and case No is :[protected]. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
