A couple of months before there was a problem with my notebook charger(in warranty) so i got it replaced with HP Lucknow(RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD. , DAYAL CHAMBERS)..i was in rush(i had a train the next day) so they handed me a charger before my new charger(which was to be shipped from Chennai) reached... the new charger was a 90 WATTS with SPARE PART NUMBER[protected] was different from my previous charger which was a 65 WATT adapter...After about 2-3 weeks my laptop failed to boot and start....i inquired HP customer care and found that that the new charger is INCOMPATIBLE with my notebook (and extended use of it may cause damage to my motherboard) and they told me my notebook is compatible with charger with SPARE PART NUMBER [protected].. This was further CONFIRMED in HP site( http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01550108.pdf ) .
The time being i was busy in my sems(my laptop went out of warranty by this time) and returned to Lucknow after 40-45 days..Now AS I WAS EXPECTING , HP Lucknow refuses to service my notebook and deny to accept that they handed me a wrong charger though i gave them various evidences and even showed them compatible list of chargers from HP site...
I REALLY REGRET THAT I SPEND MY PRECIOUS 40,000 BUGS ON A CRAP COMPANY LIKE HP...AND NOW THEY ACCEPT ME TO SPEND MY MONEY AGAIN FOR THE FAULT THEY DID...IT SUCKS.........!!!!
