I have purchased a hp pavallion dv series notebook on 06 sep 2008, For the purchase of the model there is a Free Promotional Offer HP Digital Music Receiver, on sending the claim documents. Eventhough I have send all the required documents along with DD of rs. 500 within the stipulated time, bt i have not received gift yet. i received a mail from ur side stating that.the address was not right.....in reply to that i had already send mail for change of address..again i m mentioning the as under...

HP Pavilion — Refund of amount Rs 5,515
Warranty was there till 2010, we have wrongly paid Rs. 5, 515 through ennessindia, (Santhosh, Kalpana) and they had mentioned a refund for the amount 2 mths back, we have repeatedly complained but no prob solved, they tell us next week next week u'll will get the cheque... look into the matter URGENTLY
