[Resolved]  HP Pavilion DV2762TX, Intel Core 2 Duo, 160gb — i have asked service hp centre to change my batery,but the hp did not change when my laptop was underwarranty,please change my batery

I HAVE PURCHASED hp LAPTOP ON DATE 19/05/2008
THE LAPTOP WAS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR,
I KEPT ON COMPLAINING ABOUT MY LAPTOP BATERY BACKUP, SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED IT,
BUT NO RESULTS FOUND, an hp employe takes customer personally he is very rude and advice not to come to customer care as the batery will not be changed, earlier when i use to complaint he use to do the batery check and advice me to use for few months and show again. hp employe also ask money for accesries or gadgets which are under warranty,
SO PLEASE KINDLY CHANGE MY LAPTOP BATERY UNDER WARRANTY I WILL BE THANKFULL
