I have HP Pavallion laptop DV4 1133TX. Laptop was submitted to M/s Simtech Conputronics Pvt. Ltd, Authorized Service centre of HP on 14/11/09 for replacement of Heat Sink part in Laptop. My laptop was under waranty and was to be repaired free of cost. I got my laptop back on 27/11/09. No one could think that Authorized service center may play with your trust. They have taken away my 1 GB RAM Module while handing over the laptop to me. As I am not a computer savy I didn'd came to know about the lost RAM. It was after one week that I came to know from my brother that 1 GB RAM is missing. I rushed to M/s Simtech Conputronics Pvt. Ltd, to check whether 1GB RAM was not working or what. They told that 1 GB RAM module is missing. I had continuous talk with Mr. Jashmin Joshi of HP and Mr. Mohan of M/s Simtech Conputronics Pvt. Ltd. The problem couldnot be resolved by them and they suggested my to buy another 1 GB Module at discounted rate of Rs. 3000 which is additional cost for me. Kindly help me to get my 1 GB RAM module back at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
