Dear Sir,
I had purchased hp pavilion -dv4 1241 tx from Jabalpur and has sent a bankers cheque of Rs.1299 in favour of your company and copy of bill &original bar code. Till date i had not received my gift. Also I had received an sms saying that my gift has been dispatched vide overnite express with docket number[protected].
When I enquired the courier service he says that the gift has been delivered to someone else and it doesn't seem to be right from his side.
So I request to look into this matter as soon as possible.
