HP Pavilion DV4 S/N. - CND8396253 — Not received kodak camera

I purchased HP Pavilion dv4 s/n.-CND8396253 laptop on date 18th November 2008 as per the offer I deserve to get free 10.2 mega pixel kodak digital camera, even I received the mail after sending DD worth rs. 999 but till the date I have not received camera, kindly send me as soon as possible. My parent are also worry of this if this matter not taken seriously. I will have to go to consumer forum and report a case against Hp company.
