[Resolved]  HP Pavilion DV5 1104AX Laptop — laptop repair

I have a laptop (hp pavilion dv5 1104ax)which i bought two years ago from COMPUTRONIX(mentioned above) which is an authorized dealer of HP.I had some problems with the LCD which used to flicker(display problem) frequently.I gave it for repairing on 17th of july,2010. They said that there was a problem with the Display IC.I got it repaired from them by paying Rs.1200/- (BILL NO-196)on 30th of july,2010,with a warranty of one month.

I again got the same problem after a couple of weeks and then i gave the laptop to them on 18th of august,2010. This time they said that there was a problem with the LCD and CABLE.They said i was required to pay Rs 7200/- but because of the warranty,i was compensated and they charged Rs 6000/- (BILL NO-309)with a warranty of three months.

I got the same problem again and this time i gave them the laptop on 21st of september.They sent it to the company for repairing and assured me that i will get it within three days.Today is 7th of october,my laptop is still with them and they still deny having solved the problem.

I am being asked to wait for two more days each time i call them.When i asked them if i get the same problem again,i get an excuse from them that i can give it for repair again because i have a warranty each time after i repair. Giving a warranty doesn't mean i have it repaired again and again instead of getting solved at once.

I kindly request you to take some stringent action as soon as possible.I have all the bills issued by them in case you need them.
