i tried to ring so many time to HP customer care. but have to repeate the same thing over and over again. nobody doesnt really wanna help. its a problem when tried to connect the USB modem to notebook.
first i though its something to do with the windows system but after i check with 3 company ( my mobile broadband service co.) they said its not a windows problem and its a problem with the notebook. really disaponted after buying a new laptop not even 3 months.
tried of calling. never thought a famous brand like HP having this much bad service for the customers. Was this information helpful? |
