i had an laptop of hp and the model no of mine laptop is pavilion dv6703tx and i had purchased out in march and the serial no. of mine laptop is cnf8010jzr i am reciveing the problems in mine laptop from the purchase date and till today. I had subbmitted the laptop to the service center for 8 times in okhla phase1 and the problems which i had ouccred are
1. display was not working and for this they had changed mine screen panel
2. finger print sensor.
3. dvd writer changed for three times
4. charging adapter had changed
5. charging slot had been changed
6. bluetooth has changed
7. speaker has been changed and still they are not working
8. and the ram has changed out due to i was reciving the hang problem
and till today i am not satisfied of all the services and at last i can say that many things are still not working i.e. the display is not in proper color as was on purchase date and internal speakers are not working.
for all this from the purchase i had submitted mine laptop for two and a half month and thts why i want the replacement of mine laptop
