[Resolved]  HP Pavilion Laptop — Horrible customer service

I had to collect my laptop from Hp service center, Bangalore. The customer service is rude, bitter, unpolite and unpleasant experience. I had not taken my job sheet but instead took the mail reference that was sent to me intimating about collection of laptop. It was not told to me anywhere in the mail that the job sheet is mandatory to collect the laptop. When I went there, I was first asked for the job sheet, when I informed them that I dont have it, they told me that I would still get my laptop if I give the serial number and product number. Once I told that, I was told to produce ANY id proof. Then, I produced my company id proof. As if that humiliation was not enough, some person who was sitting and working on a desktop made a terrible frowning face and told me that a government ID proof is required!! This is a good way to embarass genuine people. It was really sad to see customer care executives behaving in such rude manner. After that, another lady came in. She was even more rude than the person who was working on the desktop. She refused to accept my pleas and told me straightaway to get lost if I dont have a job letter. This is really uncalled for. This is the third time I was giving the laptop for service that too 3 times within 4 months. On top of that, they say company id card is not a good enough proof. Was it mentioned anywhere in their mail that job sheet has to be shown??? I am not sure if people sitting at the customer service desk are trained enough to handle different types of problems. If they would have told me in the beginnning itself that without job-sheet I will not be getting the laptop, I would have simply walked off! But they wasted 45 mins of mine, asking for all sorts of details!!

have a flickring problem in my HP laptop screen since dec 09.Initially i took my laptop to BHOPAL(INDIA) HP service center(MP Nagar) on 26th december with warranty ending on 9th jan. but due to some reasons service engineers couldn't identify the problem. and they returned my laptop on 5th saiying if problem still persists you can come up again and it'll be counted as warranty case.in two days i went back as the problem was not over this time they identified the problem and give me a "Yellow slip" saying "PART PENDING" but they have never replaced that.. I dont have time to come up again and again to HP care as my jobs timings are that way..thats why i am writing..

I have already registered complaint online with service request number-4439890. But giving some reasons no one is responding to my mails...plz. if you can i need to talk to some responsible person from HP!! I??
