[Resolved]  HP pavilion notebookPC DV2519TU — not received tv tunercard gift

i have purchased notebookpc of hp ser. no is dv2519tu, redemption no is 6J261CK83U,i have sent dd of 500 Rs. to aishwarya j ,hp redemption cell, c/o solution integreted marketing services,new delhi. four months passed but i have not received any message or the gift ,should i contact consumer court.
