[Resolved]  HP Printer All In One F380 — Replacement of parts

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the above mentioned printer that this printer was purchased from authorised dealer of Korba district of Chhattisgarh State on dated 13.04.07 vide bill no. 554.From the begining to16.08.09 this printer was working very well and at the evening it has been seen that the printer is not geting on.I asked my children that whether any one has started this printer. They replied that they never use this printer. I serched the authorised service centre at Ranchi,Jharkhand and went thereon 17.08.09 evening and met the chief official of that service centre.He cheked this printer without opening this printer and said that this printer is deadand card has been burnt and said to leave this printer without addopter because this addopter is working.I requested him to check this printer in my presence but he denied and say that there is no mechanic available here this printer will be checked tomorrow.I came back with adopter and left the printer at service centre.Again after about 45 minutes I suddenly went to that centre and and asked to returned my printer immediatelly but he said that your printer has been opened and found that card is to be replaced and every thing is OK.I asked him that why my printer has been opened in my absence then he hegitated to reply and said that your printer will be returned back tomorrow. As It was heard by some people that your card will be replaced into burnt because this type of happening always happening in this centre.I brought my printer from that service centre and sent it at Korba to for checking it. I was informed from korba that the Card available in this printer is not of this Printer . Card has been changed.I talked with the official of servicing centre of Ranchi and informed regarding this happening.Then he said that it my be possible that the card of another printer will have been fitted into this printer but card of your printer was burnt. There are may burnt card are lying in my seavicing centre and you may choose any card from these which was of your printer.After this type of reply I became fully confirmed that this person has realy replaced my card which was not burnt into burnt and left the proof with the printer.I said him that I will complaint regarding this matter then he said that you may go any where.I wiil see him.
I am sure that the card of this Printer was repalced which was not burnt.I always used this printer with Voltage steplizer and UPS.And withouht any defect in Addopter card may not be burnt as found in this printer which was also of another printer.
Hence you are requested to take suitable action against that person and return my origional card which was installed in my printer, immediately please.

HP all in one printer — Replacement of Printer

I have purchased an hp printer model no. DeskJet F4185 (all in one) serial no.CN84T6W2PZ from nahar enterprises bathinda on 20/09/2008 and after one week i.e. on 26/09/2008. I registered my complaint to hp customer care on 27/09/2008 complaint no. [protected]. On 29/09/2008 their service engineer came and declared it a manufacturing defect and said that the company will replace it. Now hp is replacing my printer with an old one I don’t know why they are doing this to me as I have bought this printer as sealed pack and now they are exchanging it with an old unit. Please help me as the matter is creating tension in mind and I am feeling cheated after making many calls to them, it feels like begging my thing from them.

HP — Printer card replaced

My printer HP 1410 was in working condition with some error such as "cartridge cradle cannot move". So i visited Thane based service centre called COMPTEL DIGITAL, Hariniwas , Naupada Thane. They said they will check and reply next day, but they didnt call. After calling them for next couple of days they said it cannot be repaired. My printer was in working condition , when i brought it back and connected it cannot be switched ON. I went to Third party service guy he said they have taken out my original cards and replaced with faulty one. I want HP to consider this issue. Why should we go for HP printers if this is what they do once we buy their products.

Thank you for your reply. Considering the fact that the hp has no more warranty for their product I have decided to buy a new laptop from dell.

HP as lost another potential customer!!

HP all in one printer — Defective piece

I have purchased a HP all in one printer. Its almost more than a year. Never it was giving proper print outs. So many times i went to the service center, they kept on saying that catridges are defective. They made me purchase new catridges each time and almost spent rs. 4000 on catridges whereas the printer itself costs rs. 4000 plus. When i got fed up this time they sent to another service center saying that they do not deal with inkjet printers. I went there and same story again. They made buy new catridges again and this time ultimately after checking the prints they decided that printer was defective. They replaced it with new one. The money i spent on catridges, fuel expenses to go multiple times, time wasted was enormous.
I don't think anyone should by HP products. Their service extrememly poor and discourteous. This complaint i am giving for awareness of everyone.
