HP Printer — printer is not working

my printer not working properly. i have not knwon services center in which place in chandigarh please give me address of HP printer service center avilable in chandigrah.

Non functioning of Scanner Unit and shown as "Scan Error - 6" and also break down of Flat Board Scanner Mechanism.

Dear Sir,
Our printer model is 5680. When we power on printer, one massege display on printer screen (Error : 0xd05d010d Reset Power). I reset power so many times.
But same massege display on screen again & again.

Now please tell me what is problem. And how can i solve this problem.
Can I solve It? Or I will have to go go service centre.
