purchased hp pavillon laptop but keyboard faulty.hp not replacing keyboard under warranty.

no proper response,my keyboard under warranty needs to be replaced but neither hp helpline nor service partner simtech computronics are helping,may be because it is in warranty.
I hv called more than 20 times but helpline gives ur no [protected] but even u r not responding.
my case is pending since 2nd sept and I am moving to portblair on 18th sept.
you are pushing me to take legal action and move to consumer court.
pl sort it today ,never expected such pathetic servc frm hp
