[Resolved]  HP Redemption Cell — cheating of an offer

i brought a compaq presariol aptop, at that time they given an offer that free kodak 9.2 mega pixel camera delivery charges should be held by customer for that we need to send a DD amounting to rupees 1299, i was also send this and a got the confirmation of the receipt from the this redemption cell, but yet not i get this item, when i enquirer about this by e-mail, they inform that they will send this with in few days, but i yet not get this.

not only me but my friends also not get this, it like they are cheating every one, now they also remove their web site. please take some measure on this.phone no there give is also not responding

i have all the document of this, please inform me how to i proceed now.
