I purchased hp photosmart b110A printer ( s.no CN14C4S3HD) on 6-5-2012 from shiney e park pvt ltd ghaziabad an authorised hp reseller.when I first used the printer it's photo quality was not upto the mark so then within a month print head of my printer was replaced then again after using it for 10-15 days it again encountered a problem then my printer was replaced then after using it for 15-20 days again it encountered a problem then again my printer was replaced now after replacing what I found that print head of that new printer is damaged now what next they changed the print head and again the printer did not work since purchase of printer on 6-5-12 my printer has been diagnosed 5 times out of which twice it was replaced..I am fed up of this printer within 2-3 months I am hardly able to use that printer most of the time it is damaged..i even purchased an original hp 862 xl black cartridge for that printer..I never thought that a company like hp cheats customer like this by suppling them with sub standard products...what else now I have come to know the that model number printer has been discontinued by hp and have gone through many reviews online that b110 a printer was encountering problems. That's why model was discontinued..I feel my self cheated..I want the refund of the printer and ink I purchased or some other model printer asap with same features that can serve my purpose for which I purchased the printer that is printing.now its been almost 15 days and nothing has been done from hp to resolve the problem..
