[Resolved]  Hpcl Lpg — Disconnection of telephone by M/s. UPHAAR,

Sir,
I am a HP gas subscriber under your dealer UPAHAR, bearing consumer no. 613157. To-day I am trying since morning atleast 70-80 times to book for refill cylinder over telephone nos. 2471=8100/[protected]. On every occassion the telephone is ringing but intentionally disconnecting the telephone every times and as a result I could not book for refill cylinder. Necessary action may kindly be taken against the dealer for intentionally disconnection /non-receipt of telphone calls. I also confirmed through Kolkata telephone that both the lines are inorder. Under the circumstances I appeal to your goodslelf once again to take apapropriate steps against the dealer for harassing subscribers in this way.

HPCL LPG — NON DELIVERY OF LPG CYLINDER AFETR REPETAED BOOKING AND PHONE CALLS.

I have not received any cylinder in last six months from HPCL dealer after repeated booking also.
It is very difficult to book on phone also as they hardly lift the phone.

I am residing at Hisar Haryana. I have purchased connection from M/s Arya Gas Agency Hisar during sep-07. and I was promised DBC with two months but I have not received any intimation till Nov.-08 and immediately contacted the Agency for details and they asked me to submit an Application, within one month they will release DBC. So far no intimation and they are not lifting the telephone and I Booked the refil after two months and want to know the status of the same through phone they are not lifting the phone or if you dial the number most of the time no SWITCHED OFF is coming. Now I suffering without refill. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

HPCL LPG — NON DELIVERY OF REFILLED CYLINDER

MY CONSUMER NO. 602591 FROM M/S "SWASTIK GAS SERVICE" KANPUR.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REFILL LPG CYLINDER FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH BUT TILL DATE I COULD NOT GET IT. AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS HE DID NOT GAVE ASSURANCE OF DELIVERY.
WHENEVER I TRY TO CONTACT HIM THEY BEHAVE IN BAD MANNER ALSO.
