Hi, Our research team have detected some fake companies operating in Delhi/NCR area. We request you to please provide your comments. You can easily reply to these posts. Fake companies are: Naukriaim.com, Alien Softnet, Alien Technologies, Green Software, Softech World, SO Infotech, CSE (ATS), ATS Infotech, Miracle Infotech, Ducat, Hash Infosys & Hash Infosystems. We have also found that IT Brainshapers have also created 4-5 fake companies. Please provide the names of the fake companies here. Hi.. I have read the comments and i am surprised that some one has written that "Hash Infosystem" is fraud. How some one has written this without full verification. This is a existing software firm who is dealing in training and deveelopment. If any one who has some doubts you can check it on Nasscom website.Please don't believe anyone's comments without proper verification. This only creates the rumours in market and can spoil anybody's career.

i am here with a newly established fake company in Noida
Company Name : VibrantWorx TechServe Pvt. Ltd.
Location : B-109, Second Floor, Sector-64, Noida

Owner : Punit Srivastava (I don't know how he becomes...)
Infrastructure : 3-4 rooms including Director office/ Lab/ Staff Area and reception.
So fake story starts from campus selection, they comes to college and select a single student from every college but story
behind is they just want to colect students data to call them later for paid training as well as just becasue students came
to know their company and they can then come for the paid training to their compnay. they named this term as ROI (Return on
Investment) and this statement is accepted by the HR of the company Manoj Vaish (mother f...).
When they call u or vice-versa they will tell u that u will be trained under the guidance of working & experienced people
from HCL/TCS/INFOSYS... ( ab in BKL se koi puche IN BC ne kabhi shakal dekhi hai apni aaine me. inke yahan hi aayenge
HCL/TCS/INFOSYS se)
they were not sure about their fees structure too... initially they asked for 10000 then comes to 8000 in group of 5, then
comes to 6500 to single entries... then put a scholarship test just to get more students.. but got very less students...
the selected students are hired on the stipend basis after two months, now the training is over but nothing in the hand even
after 5 months...
I just wasted my time and money there.. not only me but many students losts their... when i went their for the first time, the HR person Manoj Vaish convenced in such a
way that i redirected to join the company... then initially some classes we got from an experienced person but laterly we got
a new trainee (RAM SINGH) n after that till end we didn't anything.. it's because he don't know anything and if sumthing knows that not
interested in this job...
when we went to management for this they said us to write a mail, we wrote 4-5 times mail to HR/Director/Co-Director.. but no
response..
previously they were showing their two offices, one is in noida and one is in banglore which is removed now, when we
pressurize them to talk with banglore office...
Akash Agarwal is the person which comes after Punit, he has sound knowledge... no doubt... but wat to do i[censored] are not
delivering to students or not listening to them..
the overall story is that this is not a company but was a training institute, which got failed...
their trainees/ hr persons left their jobs because they don't get salaries, they got understand that this is not beneficial
for them.. to work more with this organization...
So Please don't go for Vibrant Worx.. It's Totally Fake...

I understand you frustration gentleman. VibrantWorx is an startup organizaiton and it is really challenging to come up to everyone's expectation. There are students who have got jobs and the management has ensured that all the sincere students are settled at the earliest. Debabrata, Gaurav Naugain, Ruby, Varshneya are amongst the successful candidates. Vibrant has formal tie up (contract) with HCL, Campus Dimension, Brickred etc and you will few bigger names will be announced very soon where we have placed our candidates. If you want any proof, you can visit office in person.
There is no doubt that there were few hiccups during the execution of 1st batch but then you have the list of successful candidates as well. We are steadily growing and you will be the witness of the growth story if you are in touch. We have a set up of 5 rooms which is good enough for any start up organization. If a person is looking for Infy/HCL he/she should not have come for the interviews. Please remember dear friend that it is only a person's inability to get a job in establish companies which brings them to look for a start up company. We still say that if our students still do not have jobs, they need to be in our touch. The problem with few candidates is that they expect everything without paying a single penny. If you are laid of by Infosys or TCS (which is plenty in numbers), you will not have complaints whereas if you are laid of by a small organizaiton due to poor performance, you have all the complaints.

If you are here to count number of rooms and toilets, there are good hotels in Delhi. Attitude is the BIGGEST thing for a fresher. Well if you say so. Most of the companies listed here is not fake. What is actually happening is some training institutes have friends as HR in these companies. They are providing the letter heads to these institutes which in turn give the fake experience certificate to the students.
So you cannot blame and say that those companies are fake.
I can that way say HCL Technologies, Polaris, Infosys are also fake companies. Because there have been cases where fake appointment letters have been issued from these companies by touts and hundreds of job seekers have been cheated.

Atleast VRI Solutions is not a fake company. It used to exist in Karol Bag. Now probably the company is closed down.

No, the list is wrong, I have also worked in VRI solutions and you can check at the address and you will know that there was a company with this name which is now closed. People are just spreading rumors. Don't be confused.

Each and every time they are providing the data and information without any single proof and each time they are mentioning that their research team did the reseach and found this data. In reality they do not have any research team.
Just think for a second if "HR Solutions" has a research team, obviously they paid them for doing the research then WHY HR Solutions is providing this important (as per them) data on internet FREE of COST for public welfare.
What I believe is that "HR Solutions" is adopting this new way of advertising and pulling the new clients for more business. They are only concerned and worried about their pocket. They do not have right to do this.
In nutshell they are only misguiding the people by providing this type of fake information. In reality "HR Solutions" is a big fake/fraud organization.
