Mumbai Branch informed me by mail everything is completed and keep the amount in 1lakh 10 thousand in your a/c then only we can transfer your winning amount to you, So please Sir,clear above all my doubt, Please clear my doubts, because i've done the payment almost 1,21,500/- and they are asking to me and from RBI has given me the GUARANTEE later

can i move to forward are not please tell me
