I had resigned from HSBC GLT in Jul, 2006. I had claimed my PF. By Govt. rules after 2 months they will send it to the Regional PF Office Pune. So if you have given the bank address which is in the same
location, in your case it is Pune then you should recieve it within a month or so.
I shifted back in Mumbai and I recieved in 1 and half months or so.
Unforunately HSBC guys are not responding to you - in such a case you directly approach the PF office in Pune with your PF number (must be there on your salary slip) and claim it. You should have the FORM-16 with you to tell them your PF deducted by the company.
Otherwise it would be difficult for you.
