am using htc 100 generic type.i mistakenly copy the window on my device into the memory stick, since then i could not open my programs.please, what can i do? please, very urgent

respected manager;
please note i have GIVEN my mobile at service center in MUMBAI ; on 29.08.09 imei no : 365F5628 service type : RMA ; but till now they are not solving my problem ; mobile was purchased in month of jan 2009 and after two months it was having battery drainage problem;
THE MOST BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE LOST ALL MY DATA STORED ;
after buying such expensive mobile how company be irresposible that data lost cannot be recovered;
also my business is more on mobile as i am moving across country ; they are not even give spare mobile though my cell phone is in warranty period ; how do i work ????
kindly look into matter and replace my defective cell phone or else i will have to move in consumer court against company.
