HTC P3300 — HTC P3300 Switching off on receiving calls.

My 11 months old HTC P3300 is giving major problems, getting switched off on connecting to calls, and accessing internet. I am trying to get in touch with the service center in Hyderabad India, but i am getting no reply. I have cut and paste the kind of responce your service center people are giving here on gmail client. I need urgent HELP. FYI hariprasad.mahatechnologies is online.
