[Resolved]  HTC Touch — Service

Hi,

I am using HTC P3300.
My mobile screen was broken. I have given it to servise station based in palam (cell net) on 24/1/09 and its 13/2/09 and still there is no status of screen.
On the Job slip its written that company canot keep the cellphone for more tham 7 days, doesnot matter if the its can be repaired or not, , but they have my cell phone.
I have to call thme every time week to confirm whether the screen is there or not, but every they give me some new excuse.
I am fed up of HTC servise center.
1 advise for people who are looking for new cell phone, do not purchase HTC mobile phone.

HTC — earphone jack unserviceable in mobile

Sir I have purchased phone on 01 Nov 14 ( htc desire 616) within 6 month the mobile ear phone socket is unserviceable. I would like to know if mobile get unsevicable with in six montha any procedure to change the moble set .
