HTC internal screen crack when switched on for the first time.
Hi,

I have purchased a HTC 3400i cellphone on 23rd Jan 2009 but did not switched on the phone in the shop( As I was gifting to my wife and wanted her to switch on.)
I have switched on at home and saw that the internal screen has cracked.
I went for replacement but not got any proper reply from them

There is not external damage. Please help me. What I need to do.?

I agree with you, as I have a similar problem. I had kept my mobile HTC 3400i for charging and when i came back for it, I found the screen cracked.Purchased on 21st Jan'09.Service center refused to replace FOC. Will take the matter to consumer court.

dear sir, I have HTC 3300 and my phone is password protected. Once as i restarted my phone i found that the touchscreen is not working so i can't press the passward code and since i cant type anything through touchscreen or stylus i can't go further as well... now i am finding very difficult to operate the phone. My keys are working but my phone doesn't have the no. keys... pls. help me...
