[Resolved]  HTC Touch — HTC Touch Phone stolen

You can block your connection and deactivate the sim. And you can apply for duplicate sim when you buy new mobile. You can just submit a compalaint to all mobile service provider with FIR.

But from my experience it not effective and they do nothing. I think they throw our complaint after we leave their office. In newspapers i read many cases about tracing the phone. But in my case nothing happen. They do this service to the celebrities only.

we like laymen just paid money for services, nothing would expect from these people

HTC — MOBILE HANGING

I purchased a mobile htc 620g in last month. There is problem in hand that, mobile response time is too high and hang when i use it. I have visited the htc service center bikaner twice but problem still persist.

regarding late repair work

i have sent my HTC 816g since 8 of last month and have not received it yet. Always the call center number tells that it's held for material.Irritating ...such a big brand name and so third class services. Won't suggest anyone to buy this.
