HTC Touch2 T3320 — Service Center Charging High Amount for touch prob. in warranty period | |||
Two mounth ago I brought HTC Touch T3320 in Rs.13000/- but,now on dated 04 Aug 2010 without any reason Touch screen pixcles damaged and Liquid spread inside the screen due to that i am not able to use my phone and it's touch screen. when i go for rearing to service center for replace, service told me it's not repairable and not count in warranty for this reason. and told me u have spend Rs, 3000/- (P9 Service center SURAT told for that), i felt very bad with the budget of reaping told by service center and HTC Company. Please guide me that i have already spend 13000/-for mobile and with in 2 months i have to spend 3000/-it means i would be in complete loss of 6000/-due to current price 9500/-for THE SAME mobile. please guide me what should i do? If it isnt physical or liquid damaged they must accept your device under warranty or if your device is out of warranty period in HTC web site, you can show them your proof of purchase (invoice) for the warranty claim) and your device must be within the region where you send it for service.but if it is out of region, meaning you bought the device in other country, then even if it is under 1 year warranty you can 't claim free service for that. hope this will help :)
