[Resolved] HTC Wildfire S — NO PROPER REPAIR | |||
Sir / Madam I am a customer of HTC I bought a mobile from them on 21/08/2011. The device was working perfect for 11 months but out of no where it malfunctioned and since the i.e from 16th (=- 2 days) of august 2012 I am visiting their service center and am not getting any concrete solution. The lost of time and money they cause me and now after 4 months when I asked them to replace the device they replied with a NO and the same cycle of visiting the service center is to be followed. going to service center - submitting the device - waiting for 20 to 30 days - operating the device for 2 to 3 days at max and the again to service center. I am mentally upset by this behavior of theirs. This device was to help me not to disturb my work. Sir please help me with the same. I ll be highly obliged. Thank you so much.
