[Resolved] http://www.deccansojourn.com , Online Gift and Cake — Smashed cake was delivered

My order number was CART14767004. I placed a order for a combo of 1/2 kg black forest cake and bunch of 12 roses to deliver in Agra (UP) on 31st Jan 2008. Order was delivered but in damaged condition. Flowers were fine but cake is in damaged condition. Cake reached in to small pieces and cream of cake was completely stuck with box. This was a really bad experience. You are in gift business and your business is not taking care of feelings of the customer. And delivery boy suggested the recipients during delivery to put this box in to freeze and open it after 1/2 an hour. I also tried to reach theiryour number [protected] but nobody was picking up the call. I sent them couple of copmlainet mail but there is no response from them. Points to sum up their disgusting service

1. Gift NOT delivered on TIME. The order was for midnight Delivery but it was delivered next morning.

2. Guy who delivered said "TEDDY WILL BE DELIVERED LATER". What kind of service is this...??...TERRIBLE...

3. Contact No given on the site + 9+[protected] DOES NOT WORK. Noone picks it up.
