deccensojourn website they saying there is no hidden charges but there is hidden charges for every delivery. i suffered two times while time of deliver they sending the link to our mail and asking to pay extra money to deliver to our loved ones. why these guys cheating like this... really fed up with this site

I am very pleased with the service provided by this website. 17th April i placed order with them for Red Roses Bunch With Heart Shaped Black Forest Cake From Taj for delivery to Pune on our anniversary. I placed order for Early morning delivery. Good service with timely delivery of gifts.

Gift delivery website — Money paid, gift not delivered

I ordered a gift online from http://www.gifts-to-india.com on 24th of April-2012 and they promised me that the gift will be delivered on 25th of April at my chosen address. I paid Rs. 698 through net banking and waited for the delivery of my gift at my chosen location. But despite of so many e-mail conversations the gift is still not delivered till date. I ordered a box of Gulab-jamuns and a talking teddy bear from this website. I tried to call their customer care number +91-[protected] a number of times but this number is not working and everytime I give a call this number is busy. On 3rd May after many complaints of mine, the courier company called on the delivery address and told my friends to collect the gift from their office. And the gift which was handed over to my friends was only the teddy bear which didn't even talk.The Gulab-Jamun box was missing and the teddy bear was a normal one. I would like that strict action must be taken against this website for not delivering my gift on time and partial, improper, unprofessional approach of theirs. A proper compensation should be given to me for this blunder of theirs and the website should return my money since they didnt fulfill their promises despite of my numerous complaints. I am attaching a doc of my complaint conversation for your reference. Please advice how to proceed further in this matter.

Well my experience was slightly diffrent with this website deccansojourn.com, i had ordered for Ferraro rocher chocolate's with 24 red roses bunch for my lovely hubby, it reached on time to agra and the quality of items were also felt good, its quite advisable.

Really bad product. The cake was not at all similar to what it looked online; it was a complete disastor. I got it delivered for my father-in-law 50th birthday and I am still regretting it. They do not need feedback as they reply you back with same words as your feedback, I guess it is automated. I wish there was option for negative stars or black stars.
